Per Sky Sports, the Cottagers are in advanced talks with Arsenal to seal a move for Smith Rowe for a club-record transfer fee of £27 million ($34m) plus add-ons that could take the final figure to £34 million ($44m).

The report further claims that the deal is likely to be finalised later this week after which he will undergo his medical before formally putting pen to paper on the Fulham contract. The English midfielder has found himself out of favour at the north London side as he clocked just 346 minutes on the pitch across all competitions last season.
