Gallagher, who has continued to shine under manager Mauricio Pochettino, is nearing the final 18 months of his contract and Chelsea are ready to offload him for a new face who would add more steel at the centre of the park. Spurs are willing to offer Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, an out-of-favour midfielder, which has raised the possibility of a swap deal with Gallagher.
