Legendary English manager Warnock visited City's training ground earlier this month after he was invited by Pep Guardiola. Speaking to the BBC, Haaland said: "He’s a really funny guy, a good guy. I’ve watched a lot of English football my whole life so I know he’s a legend of the game.
"I didn’t know he was coming so it was a surprise but I had a good chat with him. He’s got an old school way about him and I’m also a little bit old school because of my father. We had some good discussions."

Haaland also discussed football with Warnock as the old school manager revealed some of his 'tactics'. The Norwegian said that Warnock's visit gave the players 'extra energy', as City head into a crucial final few weeks.
He added: "Sometimes you have to kick and run a little bit. That was his tactics in his days and I agree with it – a bit of kick and run. We both love football so we talked about that, the period we’ve been in but how we’ve got a good momentum going on now. In other seasons, something has happened to give us some extra energy from somewhere and this is exactly the time it should happen."
WHAT NEXT FOR HAALAND?
City are set to take on Crystal Palace on Saturday, May 17, in the FA Cup final as they look to finish a disappointing season with silverware. Their last two Premier League games of the campaign will also be cruical as they look to secure a top-five finish and Champions League qualification.
